Men grow bald naturally as they grow older. Old age is always a factor; it’s a built-in genetic marker for all males. In effect, a sugar-balanced diet can stabilize your testosterone level and will discourage hair loss.
A diet that is fat rich encourages an increase on your testosterone level. It triggers the release of a high level of testosterone in your blood stream, which increases the possibility of hair loss. Integrating more vegetables in your diet, or adopting a vegetarian lifestyle, can help lower the testosterone level in your body. A high fat diet is definitely not going to help you encourage hair growth. Take a good look at your current diet and make the necessary adjustments. This may dramatically change the rate of hair loss that you are experiencing.

Take note that if you are suffering from genetic hair loss, watching what you eat will probably not give you obvious results. It also certainly won’t reverse the effects of hair loss. As such, the importance of good nutrition must not be ignored when it comes to problems with baldness.
Women with hypothyroidism may also experience some form of hair loss. It’s not just the hormonal imbalance in the body that causes this. A common medicine used to treat hypothyroidism is Synthroid. This medicine is reportedly linked to women’s hair loss, aside from all the other physically stressful side effects.
To create a hormonal balance within your body and promote a healthy rate of hair growth, it’s best to consult a doctor. Diet modifications, topical treatments, and even natural food supplements such as Provillus might make a big difference in your fight against hair loss.
